Construction method of insulation nails
Positioning: After pasting the insulation board, determine the anchor point position to ensure even distribution.
Drilling: Use an impact drill to pass through the insulation board and drill holes according to the specifications (depth into the wall ≥ 7cm).
Engagement: Thread the insulation nail shaft through the insulation tray to engage the four ribs with the insulation tray.
Implantation: Insert the nail tube into the drilled hole until the insulation tray is tightly attached to the insulation board.
Knocking in: Use a hand hammer to knock the matching plastic nail into the nail tube, ensuring that the plastic nail is parallel to the insulation board.
Cover: Lay fiberglass mesh cloth on the surface of the insulation nail, brush insulation mortar and smooth it out.
